Exhaust Pipes (Manifold/Head pipes)

Cast Iron Manifolds shown for display only.  TTi does not sell exhaust manifolds.

TTi "Exhaust Pipes" are designed to directly bolt-up to specific manifolds for a hassle free installation.  These pipes end-up approximately 2" in front of the transmission crossmember.  You will require our H-pipe or X-pipe assembly to get to your mufflers.  If running TTI Headers are in your future, just take out the "Exhaust Pipes" and install Headers in it's place.  TTi's Headers are supplied with adapters to directly bolt-up to your existing TTi H-pipe or X-pipe.

  • Made from 16 gauge aluminized tubing

  • Mandrel bent

  • 1/2" Heavy-duty flanges

  • 1/16" Exhaust pipe gaskets (if applicable)

  • Hardware supplied

Pipe bends differ for each manifold / application.

The right & left casting numbers will be required when ordering.

Casting numbers are usually raised imprints located on the top of the manifolds.

TTi "H" pipes are designed to directly bolt-up to TTi Headers or TTi Exhaust Pipes.  The inlet end of our H-pipes are swedged and notched for hassle free bolt-on installation.  The 2.5" width adjusting crossover tube allows maximum flow of exhaust gases.  

  • Made from 16 gauge aluminized tubing

The TTi "X" pipe crossover design improves power and sound tone compared to the traditional H-pipe design.  Width adjusting slip-connectors are part of the X-pipe design for ease of installation.  X-pipes will mate-up directly up to the TTi Headers or Exhaust Pipes.
