Small Block "Step" Headers

TTI's Small Block "Step" Headers are constructed of 16 gauge mild steel tubing, mandrel bent on sophisticated computer controlled bending machines for precise fit and uninterrupted exhaust flow. The mandrel bending process maintains a constant inside diameter of the tube for a smoother finish with no restriction of flow and no crimping of the tubes.

Recommended for 320-575 horsepower
1-5/8" O.D. primary tubes / steps up to 1-3/4" O.D. secondary tubes / merged into 3" collectors
"Step" design provides low-end response and top-end horsepower gain
3/8" thick laser-cut header and collector flanges, contoured for a leak free fit
Above the steering center link design (under chassis) offers maximum header to ground clearance
Full length header design for proven power gains
Removal of the torsion bars not required
"A" (RH-side),"B", "E", "F", & "M"-body headers are one piece headers / No slip tubes
"A"-body (LH-side) header, # 7 cylinder tube is a slip-tube. Designed to be removed from the header so that it can be slipped around the torsion bar
Easy spark-plug access
Header Sets Include: 1/16" Header & Collector Gaskets, Header Bolts (12pcs) and Reducers/Adapters for hook-up to your Exhaust System

Tubes and Fittings can be installed prior to coating. These orders will be considered "Special Orders".

Please Note: TTI requires a $100 non-refundable deposit for all "Special Orders" prior to the start of your order.

The balance will be due upon completion of your order. Please allow 3-4 weeks additional time for the coating process.
