1995-2005 NEON PERFORMANCE HEADERS

Dodge / Plymouth Neon Headers by TTI are designed with heavy-duty materials for the ultimate in durability. Headers increase horsepower, torque and passing power. TTI offers a ceramic coating option which reduces under hood temperatures and also improves engine compartment appearance.

• `95 -`05 Dodge / Plymouth Neon applications

• 1-5/8” O.D. tubes into a 2½” collector

• 3/8” thick header flanges

• O2 sensor bung welded in place, ready to accept sensing equipment

• Includes: 1/16” header gasket and all hardware necessary for the installation

• Direct bolt-on fit, no welding required

1995-1999 NEON EXHAUST SYSTEMS

TTI PERFORMANCE EXHAUST SYSTEMS for the 95-99 NEON’s are designed and fabricated in-house using sophisticated CNC machinery and mandrel bent for a precise fit and uninterrupted exhaust flow. Systems are constructed of 2.5” diameter, 16 gauge aluminized tubing to resist heat and corrosion damage. Systems were designed for an easy “Do-It-Yourself” slip-together / bolt-on installation.

SYSTEMS INCLUDE

• Exhaust pipe for transition to headers

• Mid-pipe with welded hangers

• Dynomax Super Turbo Mufflers - The exclusive patented flow directors

channel exhaust flow and reduce exhaust noise significantly compared

to other competitor’s mufflers.

• Made of aluminized materials for a sharper appearance and longer life

• Elbow bend with welded hanger

• Rubber Block Insulators for hangers

• Heavy-duty clamps

• 3.0” ID Polished stainless rolled edge exhaust tip (9.5” long)
