PAYMENT TERMS / SHIPPING INFORMATION: TTI is not set-up for credit card or debit order taking. Please order through a “TTI Authorized Distributor” who accepts most forms of payment. If you wish to order directly from TTI, we ship UPS C.O.D. (Collect-on-Delivery) Certified check or Money order only accepted upon delivery or you may Prepay by mailing a check (7-day holding period for Business / Personal checks). International shipments made on a prepaid basis only. Orders placed through TTI or an Authorized Distributor are on a first come, first served basis. Orders placed directly through TTI does not mean your order will be shipped any quicker.

TTI AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTORS: Distributors have obtained the “Authorized Distributor” status by meeting our buy-in terms and following specific guidelines for selling our products. For a list of our worldwide distributors, visit our web site at: www.ttiexhaust.com. If your distributor does not carry a specific part, they will order it from TTI and it will be drop-shipped directly to you.

LIMITED WARRANTY: Tube Technologies, Inc. strives to give our customers the highest quality products available. Tube Technologies, Inc. warrants all TTI Performance Exhaust & Header products to the original purchaser to be sold free of defects in material and workmanship for 90 days from date of purchase. In the event of an alleged defect in material or workmanship, TTI’s sole responsibility is strictly to repair or replace the defective product. TTI’s Limited Warranty does not apply to products that have been damaged caused by abuse, neglect, accident, improper installation or use on other applications other than recommended by TTI Performance Exhaust & Headers. Under no circumstances will TTI replace, repair or refund any product that has been altered in any way, mutilated or shows evidence of the use of insulating wrap products. TTI will not warranty cost of removal or re-installation of a product or will not be responsible for any shipping charges accrued. TTI will not assume responsibility for mufflers meeting individual customers preference or the specific sound ordinances in any city, county and/or state. TTI reserves the right to make changes in design, materials and specifications or to make product changes as deemed necessary without prior notice.

CERAMIC COATING WARRANTY: TTI warrants Ceramic Coated Headers to the original purchaser, to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 90-days from the date of purchase. In the event of an alleged defect in the coating (peeling, discoloring or rusting), TTI’s sole responsibility is strictly to have the headers re-coated at no charge. Under no circumstances will TTI re-coat any header that shows evidence of the use of insulating wrap products or shows evidence of adverse conditions such as high heat temperatures encountered during engine break-in or if used in any racing activity. TTI will not warranty cost of removal or re-installation of the headers, loss of time, inconvenience or other incidental damages. You must pay all shipping charges incurred unless the headers were purchased within 90-days of warranty claim. Within the 90-day warranty, TTI will assume responsibility for return shipping charges.

RETURN POLICY: Returned merchandise is subject to a 10% restocking fee. All returns must have an RMA # (Returned Merchandise Authorization Number) assigned by the Authorized TTI Distributor from whom the merchandise was purchased. You are responsible to provide proof of purchase (Invoice, Sales Order or Packing List). TTI will not be responsible for parts returned damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging. All returns must be adequately and securely repacked with a copy of the proof of purchase. Parts must be received in resalable condition. A repair charge may be incurred for damaged parts, upon return. Missing parts from returned merchandise will be subject to replacement costs. Final issuance of credit will be subject to receipt and inspection of merchandise by Tube Technologies Inc.
