1-3/4" PS-SIDE STARTER HEMI HEADERS (!) Starter Location:  Must be located on the passenger-side (!) Front Suspension:  Must be coilover, without torsion bars	Header Part No: 61RSA-R2
HEADER FEATURES • Headers designed for applications with the starter located on the passenger-side • 1-3/4" O.D. Primary Tubes • 3.0" Collectors, equipped with O2 bungs • 3/8" thick Flanges, laser-cut, contoured for a leak free fit • One piece header tubes / No slip tubes

• Under chassis design:  Above the steering center link design offers maximum header to ground clearance • Header Material:  Constructed of 16 gauge mild steel tubing.  Mandrel bent on sophisticated computer controlled bending machines for precise fit and uninterrupted exhaust flow. The mandrel bending process maintains a constant inside diameter of the tube for a smoother finish with no restriction of flow and no crimping of the tubes.

HEADER FITMENT... Due to various manufacturing designs, aftermarket parts, engine configurations, suspension combinations, etc... TTi cannot ensure headers and exhaust systems to fit all combinations.  However, we have done our best to accommodate both factory and aftermarket component combinations.  In some cases, slight modification or repositioning may be required on your part to clear the specific situation.

1.  PLATFORM:	67-76 A-BODY, 62-74 B-BODY and 70-74 E-BODY
2.  V8 ENGINES:	5.7L, 6.1L SRT8, 6.2L (Hellcat), 6.4L (392 Apache) Headers were designed to fit with the engines located to the factory specifications.  If the engine is not located correctly in the chassis, the headers will not fit properly.  We strongly suggest you check your engine location prior to installation.

4.  FRONT SUSPENSION:	COILOVER, without torsion bars •  Headers fit-checked with the following front suspensions and found there to be no issues... RMS, Magnumforce, Control Freak, HDK, Gerst/QA1

6.  AUTO TRANS:	904, 727, NAG1 (W5A580), GM 4L60E, 545RFE •  Floor Shift:  Some applications may require the adjustable swivel & the lower rod to be re-positioned to clear the header collector.  ◊ Click here to see illustration [3703]
7.  STANDARD TRANS:	A-833 4-SPEED, TREMEC TKO 5-SPEED, TREMEC TKO 6-SPEED •  Z-bar Clutch Linkage... • 67-76 A-body applications must use a hydraulic clutch.  However, DIY Z-bar clearance can be achieved by modifying the mechanical Z-bar clutch linkage.  TTi does not make a clutch linkage to satisfy this situation. • 62-74 B-body & 70-74 E-body applications can use a hydraulic or mechanical Mopar clutch linkage system. •  Tremec TKO-500/600:  (!) Correct installation of the Tremec Transmissions is imperative.  The output-end of the tail shaft must be in exactly the same position as the stock transmission output shaft for the headers to fit properly.
8.  FLOOR SHIFT:	YES •  Auto Trans:  Some applications may require the adjustable swivel & the lower rod to be re-positioned to clear the header collector.  ◊ Click here to see illustration [3703]
9.  COLUMN SHIFT:	NO •  However, column shift clearance can be achieved by modifying your shift linkage.  TTi does not make a linkage to satisfy this situation.
10.  PUSH BUTTON:	YES
11.  MANUAL STEERING:	YES
12.  POWER-STEERING:	YES
13.  AIR CONDITIONING:	YES
14.  STARTERS:	MUST USE A Chrysler mini starter part no. 05030076AC •  Starter must be located on the passenger-side for these headers to fit.
15.  BELL-HOUSING:	OEM or EQUIVALENT
16.  OIL FILTER:	OEM
17.  OIL PANS:	OEM, MILODON or EQUIVALENT •  Milodon part no:  31000   (Will not clear part no's:  31002, 31003)
