Primary Tubes, steps up to 1-3/4" O.D. Secondary Tubes • 3.0" Collectors • 3/8" thick Flanges, laser-cut, contoured for a leak free fit • Step design:  Provides low-end response and top-end horsepower gain • Under chassis design:  Above the steering center link design offers maximum header to ground clearance • Full-length header design:  Proven power gain vs. Shorty header designs • Recommended Horsepower:  320-575 • Header Material:  Constructed of 16 gauge mild steel tubing.  Mandrel bent on sophisticated computer controlled bending machines for precise fit and uninterrupted exhaust flow. The mandrel bending process maintains a constant inside diameter of the tube for a smoother finish with no restriction of flow and no crimping of the tubes.   HEADER FITMENT PART NO'S & PRICING INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS COMPONENT, ACCESSORIES & REPLACEMENT PARTS SPECIAL-ORDER OPTIONS:  OXYGEN SENSOR BUNGS, EVAC or EGT FITTINGS     HEADER FITMENT • Our headers were designed to fit with the engines located to the factory specifications.  If the engine is not located correctly in the chassis, the headers will not fit properly.  We strongly suggest you check your engine location prior to installation.  (Click here for the factory dimensions) • Due to various manufacturing designs, aftermarket parts, engine configurations, suspension combinations, etc... A proven hi-performance exhaust gasket composite used extensively within the automotive racing industry, where characteristics such as structural strength and hi-temp load retention are required to withstand severe under-the-hood operating environments. Recommendation:  Permatex 81160 gasket silicone sealant.  Use a very thin layer of Hi-temp silicone sealer on each side of gasket.
